Product code: Tamron AF buy 70-200mm F/2.8 AF Lens for Nikon F mount
I had bought this lens used and was told it was stuck at 100mm focal length. I've included photos at 70mm (boy/dog), 85mm (playset), 98mm (boy/dog), and 130 mm (playset). This is not the lens with VC (vibration control) and these photos were taken without a tripod. The glass is in excellent condition. It does sound as something may be "loose" inside and it may have some resulting vignette. I had buy opted for the VC as I take sports photos so hadn't looked at getting this lens fixed or an estimate. Still good at the price and maybe it will work for your needs, maybe you have someone who could fix what seems loose. Caps (front and rear), tripod mount, and a screw on lens hood will be included. Looking to only get back what I bought it for (throwing in the tripod mount I had to purchase separately), and help fund a camera upgrade.
