Notice. I purchased this from a vendor who had buy a 'new, old stock' collection. it came with a new/replaced battery. Purchased in april(corrected info) and has seen use, but has no scratches or signs of degradation. I've taken very good care of. Device will be shipped with box, pamphlet, headphones, charger/connector. Case not included, but can make an offer. It's a limited edition leather with flip cover(for the face of the ipod)/w rear clip-on by griffin. The plastic bit is just from a food storage baggy i cut out to slip between to protect the button pad because the case exposes it.
