Wedding Save the Date Magnets - Choose Your Colors and Fonts!

Use our personalized save the date magnets to let your guests know to block off your wedding date. We offer two sizes for our magnets - the larger size is 4.25 x 5.5 inches and the smaller size is 3.5 x 5 inches. The whole back side of the save the date is magnetic and they come with white envelopes in the appropriate size. The magnets are thin, flexible magnets (14pt thickness) and can be mailed in the included envelope using a regular Forever stamp.

COLOR: We can change the color of the background, text, or both to whatever you're wanting. You can select a color from our color chart (in the listing photos) or send us a color code, photo, or file that shows the color you're wanting.

FONT: You can choose from one of 30 sample font combinations (see listing photos for samples). If you don't see a font you need you can send us a font name or photo/file that shows the font(s) you would like. We have an extensive font library and can do our best to match or coordinate with your existing wedding design.

Please provide the information for us to customize your cards. Here's what we need to know:
• Names you want on your Save the Date
• Your wedding date
• Your wedding location
• Any other information you would like - the wording is completely customizable!
• Color Choices - Please let us know what color you would like the text and/or background to be by referencing our color chart or leaving a color code (Pantone, CMYK, or RGB). If you prefer you can send an Etsy message with a photo or file that shows your color choice.
• Font Choice - if you're needing a font not shown, choose "Other" in the Font drop-down menu and let us know your font information.


We will send you a proof for you to approve via an Etsy message. Be sure to check out the discounts we offer for larger print orders below. You can find our current turnaround time for printed orders in our Shop Announcement. White, A2 sized envelopes are included.

At this time we're only offering printing service to the United States. Standard shipping costs for printed items are already factored into the price. Our digital, printable file is available worldwide and the "shipping" for those is always free. We will print your printed order and get it shipped to you via the shipping method you select when checking out within two to three business days after you approve the proof.

TURNAROUND TIME FOR PROOFS OR DIGITAL FILES

Once you order and provide the information for the text, we will send you the completed digital file or proof (if printed order) within one business day. For a printed order, once your proof is approved your order will be printed and shipped within two to three business days.

For our printable items, no physical items will be mailed. Because they are digital, we do not offer refunds. We will make exceptions to this no-refund policy if there was an obvious mistake made on our part.

We try to make sure our designs will print true to what you see in the listing pictures. However, since computer monitors vary the color printed may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen.
