This is handmade from premium plastic tablecloths. Each streamer is individually cut and tied to jute twine.

Perfect for indoors or outdoors. It is reusable and it's lightweight.
Easiest way to hang is from removable command hook, but can be hung with tape. You can tie to a railing, fence, in between pillars on a mantle. Perfect for behind a beverage or food table.
Make sure you take buy out of bag as soon as you receive it. Best way I found to store it, is to drape over a hanger and hang it up. Follow me at Back Fringe Designs on IG on more details.
