Pretty in Pink-Very Rare Royal Albert Crown buy China Lovebirds Teacup and Saucer

This is a very rare Doris shaped Royal Albert Crown China teacup and saucer-manufactured only for a short time between the 1920s and 1930s. The pattern is “Lovebirds”, and is a beauty-with a crisp white background with hand painted red and black detailing, including red love birds on a branch.

Very good vintage condition as described. The saucer pings nicely. The teacup does not ring as true-I looked very, very closely under a bright magnifier and just see a bit of very fine crazing in some spots. Please examine the items with the zoom lens feature and ask for more photos if concerned. Please note: the items I sell in my shop are either vintage (20+ years old) or antique (100+ years old). I endeavour to purchase items that are in very good to excellent condition-however, if the item has a flaw such as a crack or a repair-at times, I will purchase it for my shop if it is rare or very unusual. I will point out any obvious flaws-however it is up to the buyer to examine the photos closely and carefully and to ask any questions if they are concerned about the appearance/description of the item. The photos are a big part of the description. Please do not look for perfection :) It is very hard to find in items of this age.
