Varela-Wong and Arnie Wong.

This listing is for one dozen (12) handmade lollipop cupcake toppers that look like photos provided above. Each mini lollipop will buy come on a beautiful color coordinated fondant circle. Each fondant circle is 2" wide and the perfect size to decorate regular size cupcakes. This set includes the following colored fondant bases with either an electric green, electric orange, electric blue, or electric purple lollipop:
