First snow on the buy pond

Thank you for having a ‘closer look' at my prints!

This is an original linoleum cut titled 'First snow the pond'

It was the first snow blizzard of the year, when I passed Stevens Pond and these peculiar pattern of ‘snow-islands' caught my eye. The light fluffy snow on the dark still water created a stark contrast. With the temperatures just above freezing, these ‘snow islands' were ephemeral – just lasting a few hours.
