The charging box and actual ear buds have been lightly used, but have almost no wear and tear. I have never even sat these on anything other than a soft (carpeted or plush) surface. Battery still holds charge excellently and I will ship carefully packaged in bubble wrap, shrink wrap, and a box. Only selling to lighten the cost of the newer version.
