This adorable bath toy was made by Sanrio in 1985.
It is fully plush and when soaked in water, changes from green/grey and pink to yellow and orange. Once dry, it reverts back buy to it's original coloring.
This plush measures approximately 5.5" tall and is a rarity (hard to find).
Overall good vintage condition.
