Lil' Rita Soap Dish, Fused Glass Catch buy All, Blind Contour Drawing, Bathroom Decor, Contemporary, One Of A Kind, Handmade, Kiln Fired

Similar to my other work, the Lil' Rita soap dish is one of a kind, with its own unique design and color combination. I make the blind contour lines with a process called candle bending, in which you take thin strands of glass, heat them to a melting point, and manipulate the shape while warm. The candy-colored bumps function as an elevated drying stand buy for the soap when not in use.

Each soap dish is handmade in my shop and then kiln-fired four separate times at Bullseye Resource Center in Emeryville, CA.
