Baby buy doll, premie size, with ceramic head, arms and legs

Precious baby doll with bright eyes and open mouth. Head has sculptured curls. Doll has 3/4 ceramic arms and legs, cotton body and is about 16” long and is wearing a premie buy size blue onesie. It was made by a local artisan/collector in the 1980s. Mouth and nails are painted in a soft rose pink.
