She has soft green foliage that gently curls back from the center and hangs around the plant to form a beautiful rosette.

Tillandsias grow as epiphytes or lithophytes in nature where most of the moisture they get come from morning dew. Since you might be keeping it inside your home you'll need to water it differently. Most effective and least time consuming is to soak it (twice monthly should be plenty; fill a tub or sink, put the airplant in upside down for 30-45 minutes, let air dry. This one, however comes planted in a 6” pot but you buy can take it out and treat it per above directions if you want. She needs to be able to spill over so you can truly appreciate what she offers :)
It's not necessary to fertilize but, as with most plants, it will grow happy and healthy if it gets some :) Use a bromeliad fertilizer such as 17-8-22 once in a while (add to the water you soak the plant in).
