This is a one of a super-cool vintage plastic and chrome 60s/70s chair with his original marks. The information underneath the chair bases states Model Europa licensed by Oskar Winkler registered design 66b/ W.Germany Made in England.
The chair buy is in very nice condition with only minor, not easily noticed, little ‘nibbles' to some of the seat pads (see photo for example).
