HOW TO ORDER

Place your order in three easy steps:

1) Add the listing to your shopping cart;
2) Select board size and type of wood, and shipping method from the drop down menus. At this point it is VERY IMPORTANT to enter your text for customization as a note to the shop;
3) Make sure Etsy shows your CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS and submit payment to complete your order.

ABOUT WOOD TYPES
===================
Please note that we use a laser engraver to burn the image into the wood. Therefore, there might be slight variations from the sample product photos and the finished product which you receive. Lighter wood types will provide more contrast in comparison to darker woods. For example, the same engraving on White Oak cutting board will contrast better that that made on a Walnut chopping board.

All cutting boards are not stained and free of any harmful chemicals or additives so that the natural wood grain and color are what you see. After customization, we carefully apply food safe mineral oil to condition the board and better highlight the natural wood grain and color.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
============================
Please note that all products which require customization are made to order. Therefore, we need adequate time to customize and finish the product for you. Depending on workload, we need 1 to 5 business days to finish an order. Regular buy domestic delivery time will then vary within 3-5 business days so please make sure to place your order ahead of time. We strongly recommend Priority mail shipping option that includes INSURANCE. For international customers, delivery times will vary within 7-31 business days depending on Customs procedures and destination country.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note that all boards are made as close as possible to the shown sample photos including noted print size, fonts, capitalization, and layout. If you have specific preferences about any of these options, please explain and provide instructions along with the text for customization at the time of purchase. For instance, if design sample shows the names written in lower case (ex. david & meghan ) the board will be engraved that way regardless of whether you typed "David & Meghan", unless you add a note saying that you wish to have the names with capital letters.
