All items in our shop are handmade and hand finished, made from lightweight durable steel (generally 14 gauge steel). Due to the nature of metal, no two pieces will be identical. Because these pieces have been finished with a metal patina stain, rather than paint, there will be variations in coloration throughout the piece or between pieces finished with the same staining process. buy Each one is truly a unique item.
We polish and complete each piece with a clear, glossy powder coat finish, unless the customer requests otherwise. If you purchase an unfinished item, you can expect that it will rust rather quickly.
Please double check the dimensions of the item that you are ordering. If you are unsure about the size, it might be helpful to use a tape measure to verify that it is the size that you are expecting.
All our items are cut out of metal, so please be aware that there may be sharp edges and points in the design. None of these items are toys for children to play with.
Standard items will ship within 3-5 business days after payment is received. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the undamaged item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. You are responsible for the return shipping.
CUSTOM DESIGNS:
We are happy to do custom orders, based on your unique design. Please be aware that not all designs can be cut out of metal, but we will do our best to develop something that will suit your needs. Custom orders will ship within 3-4 weeks after customer approval of the design. Please be sure to proofread your custom order carefully. It is your responsibility to make sure that the information is correct. Once the draft is approved, we will not offer any returns or refunds on custom orders, unless the item is damaged in shipping.
