Shipping and returns

We ship Worldwide from Greece.

Depending on the pieces ordered and the area we are sending to, shipping is generally quoted as being between 2-6 business days to Europe and between 4-10 business days to other destinations. Most parcels arrive within 10 days.

We use Hellenic Post Office for Greece and DHL or Hellenic Post Office for the rest of the world , that provide full live online tracking.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Lollopshoes has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be. Returns can be mailed back to Greece at your cost If:

1. The goods have been unused and are in 'as new' condition.

2. The goods have been purchased no more than 14 days after receiving them.

3. No returns or exchanges will be offered for goods purchased "on sale" or discounted offer.

4. Refund must be agreed to before the item is mailed back.

5. No exchange is offered. Goods shall be refunded only then other items repurchased if required.


Once the goods have been received the refund shall be issued for the total price excluding mail costs.
