This particular listing is for our Professional Special Photo Editing Service combining (2) subjects. We will create a beautiful unique digital watercolor effect to the whole portrait layout. The images will be digitally remastered using professional artist software, with great attention to details -- will be meticulously done. This personalized digital watercolor portrait makes a great and unique gift for any occasion. Please keep in mind, the better the quality / resolution and lighting of the photos you provide, the better the end result will be achieved.

Our Base Price ($65) may include the following:
► Combining (2) two subjects (people or pets) in a unique watercolor effect portrait layout
(NOTE: There will be an additional fee for each extra subject.)
► Adjusting colors / brightness / contrast
► Adding short personal wording (if space permits) (This is optional. Please mention it before we begin with the project.)

The price for extensive or more complicated photo editing/restoration will be evaluated on a case by case basis. The price shown in this listing does not cover complicated photo editing (such as adding cropped body part(s).)

Below is our detailed instructions before ordering:
1. Contact us by sending an Etsy convo/message, and mention your specific wish or detailed expectations for this special photo editing order (placement of each person, and so on). It is important that you include in your message the photos you would like us to work on and we will let you know if the photos are workable or not. Please make sure all photos are in full size (not cropped) and in high resolution (if possible). Small photos like the ones saved from online/screenshot photos will sometimes be too small and blurry. They might not be the original photo file when they're uploaded online (meaning that the digital file might have been sized down from its original file size, thus affecting the details/sharpness of the images in the photo). But we will let you know if your photos are too small / will need extra editing work / or if cannot be used at all.

If they are actual printed or hard copy photos, we recommend (if you have a scanner) to scan them buy at 300 dpi resolution. If you have no scanner, you can try taking a picture of it using a good camera or phone camera. Place the photo in a standing position against a wall, or maybe on a table, and just place a heavy item behind the photo. You can hold/place your camera on the table to prevent your hand from shaking while taking a picture of the photo.

You will receive a response from us within 24 hours.

2. After we discussed the details of editing work and pricing, and you then decide to go ahead with our service, we will message you a link to purchase a particular listing.

3. Once payment is received, your order will be placed in queue or in line, and you will be notified as to when you will receive the digital art proof file.

4. Our current turnaround time for each project is approximately 5 to 7 business days (depending on the complexity) from the day you made the payment.
*** Please keep in mind during very busy months (such as May, June, July, October, November and December), it might take approximately between 2 to 4 weeks. ***

5. We will send you the Digital Portrait Art Proof File in JPEG format (with our shop's logo/text) through Etsy message attachment for your review and approval. Once you approve the proof, we will email you the Final Digital Portrait Art File (without our shop's logo/text). If there is a need for some minor changes / revisions, please let us know, we will continue working on the digital art until you are completely satisfied. But please note that major changes not discussed initially in the scope of editing work (such as: replacing an image / using a new photo, adding more details in certain areas, moving a person's image to another position, and other complex editing) may incur additional fee, as this will mean that we have to redo the whole photo art layout. Once you approve the proof, we will email you the Final Digital Portrait Art File (without our shop's logo/text).

Please understand that we don't provide a proof (spec work) of the portrait art layout before purchase. All our actual layout / editing work begins after purchase. And the project cannot start until we have finalized all the needed info and photos to be used on a certain project. We also provide one (1) Digital Portrait Art Proof File according to the agreed detailed scope of editing work. A request for a different or second proof will incur an additional fee.

Digital File means, there will be no actual printed copy to be sent to you. You will receive the final digital photo art file from us through email. You can print this digital file using your home printer, or you may send it to an online printing services and have the photo delivered to your home, or just take/upload the digital file to your nearest local photo center / printing shop and you can have it printed however many pieces you would like. *** NOTE: 'Free Shipping' in this listing is for Digital (JPEG) File only which will be sent to you thru Etsy convo or to your email. ***

The Final Digital Photo Art File is for your personal use only and NOT for resale or business use.

We do not accept photos that contain nudity, as well as copyrighted images owned by someone other than yourself (unless you have the photographer's written permission to have them edited/retouched). Fourever Seven Creative Creations & Vintage Finds will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement.

Also please note that "Digital Files" are non-refundable. You have to contact us immediately (within 2 hours) to request for order cancellation. Otherwise, All Sales are FINAL.
