Typically the bail for smaller pieces will fit up to 1.5mm thick chain, we wouldn't recommend anything thicker. For the larger pieces we would recommend anything thinner than 3mm. Please contact us about sizing if you are unsure, and if you are not satisfied with the size of the product please return it. We are trying our best to write out and physically show the sizes of our products. All domestic shipping's in the United States take 3-5 days for standard shipping. If there is a delay on your order or if it seems like the package is lost please contact us and we will send out a new package as soon as possible.

For international shipping's the standard time for delivery is 10-15 days for arrival. Delays can happen due to a hold at customs, if the package is delayed please contact us and we will give guidance on how to release the package. If the package is lost during delivery please let us know and we will send out a new package.

All international shipping's have duties and taxes that must be paid to release the package. These fees have nothing to do with the cost of shipping or our shop and must be communicated with the customs of your country. All customers have the right to reject the package at customs for a full refund when we receive the package back.
