Your custom pet portrait will be an original hand-drawn 8 inch by 10 inch portrait in pencil on a high quality off-white drawing paper.

To ensure the highest quality and most accurate likeness of your pet, I will need a high resolution, bright photo to work from as a reference. Once you have placed your order, please email one or more photos to sweetpupstudio (at) gmail (dot) com. I will work with you to choose the best photo.

Please allow two weeks from start to finish for your art to be completed and shipped. Please contact me if you need it sooner and I buy will work with you as time allows. Within one week of receipt of your photo(s), I will provide an image of an initial rough sketch of the portrait for you to review and approve. Once you've approved the sketch I will move on to finalizing the portrait. I will print and ship it to you on a hard backing and protected in a plastic sleeve in a flat sturdy mailer via USPS first class mail. Upgraded shipping to Priority Mail is available at additional cost.

Please note that due to the customized nature of this listing, I will only process cancellations and refunds prior to any work being completed. Once work has begun on your portrait, no refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
