1a] LARGE Croquembouche .. on a "flat" Fine Glass Stand [stand as in option 2 ]
... Individual Profiterols arranged in a large cone shape .. held together by Caramel Sauce laced with tiny particles of gold leaf.
Some of the profiterols are rolled in gold & the majority are lightly dusted with gold .... difficult to show the actual variation !!!

The stand Measures 1.5/8" [3.5 cm ] Across / Diameter.... The WHOLE is 2" High [5 cm ]

-Contents may vary a LITTLE .. as each is unique.
-Fixed to the glass etc with clear Fimo Gel and finished with a clear polymer vanish
