Japanese woodblock print by the prolific Japanese printmaker, Eiichi Kotozuka. The print is titled "Gion Hanami Koji (Flower-Viewing Alley)," and depicts a nighttime scene in the Gion district of Kyoto. This print was produced as part of the series, "Collection of Color Prints with Views of Kyoto, Nara, Osaka and Kobe" in 1957 and published by Uchida. It contains Kotozuka's seal at upper right. This is a beautiful little piece that would make a fine addition to any Japanese woodblock collection. It is unframed. The print itself is in very good condition. The image appears clean, bright and without issue. There is a very small portion of the upper left edge of the margin missing. Otherwise, no issues. Please see the photos.
