Bitossi Italian Modern Pottery Shards buy Planter Pot Vase Rosenthal Netter

An unusual Bitossi matte brown cylinder planter pot or vase, with orange and white glaze "pottery shards" or textile fragments design on the side. Unsure of the official design name. Rough clay construction, painted brown on exterior and glazed white on interior. Unmarked but have seen these with the Rosenthal Netter stamp before.

In good vintage condition, with some light wear including a buy chip flake to the base rim (pictured) and another that is probably from manufacturing as it appears glazed over. The flake could easily be hidden by painting it brown because of the bisque nature of that area (we've done this before). There is also the possible start of a hairline to the rim, however it's only on inside so could be crazing related. A bit of lightness to the brown matte glaze on exterior here and there.

Measures about 5 1/2" tall, 7" wide.
