FAQs:

How is a custom board different than a regular skateboard?
→ It's not! We spent years developing a buy board that looks, rides and even scratches like any high-quality, traditional skateboard. First launched in 2018, we've produced thousands and thousands of custom boards for skateboarders and companies.

How will my graphic or text be positioned on the board?
→ Typically, we'll center the graphic but you are welcome to leave us specific instructions. If there is any confusion with your instructions or something you request isn't doable, our in-house designers will place your graphic in what we consider to be the most logical spot. Your image will be scaled up or down to fit the board which means that edges of the graphic may be cut off.

For Custom Uploads, what size do the images need to be?
→ The ideal image is at least 1600 pixels on the smallest side to ensure a quality result. The pixel information is easy to get if, for example, the image is on your phone. See the product images above for instructions. We are not responsible for image quality issues.

Will you print anything art I submit?
→ We'll print almost anything. It's only common sense stuff we can't print – copyrighted material that you don't own or have the right to reproduce, really explicit stuff, anything abusive or obscene, etc. In a nutshell, most images and text work but we reserve the right to reject any submissions at our discretion and will, of course, provide you a full refund if we do.

Return Policy
Each board is custom produced so returns aren't allowed unless the board is damaged upon arrival and, if it is, you initiate the return within 7 days of receipts. Custom boards that have been used or ridden in any way are not returnable.
