Nice medium-large size table lamp with a round bulb base.
The base is white with a band of hand painted flowers in buy pastel colors.
It will come with a harp and finial and can be used without as well.
The finial it came with is tarnished brass, but could be switched out.
The electrical chord looks to be original.
This would be great in a cottage chic setting!
Condition-
VGC, no chips or cracks.
Works well!

11" to the top of the socket.
25" around the widest part.
