Adorable vintage 1940s sailor suit has puffed short sleeves with rolled cuffs, shoulder pads, two front pockets and buttons down front. Pants have high wide waistband and buttons down side, wide leg. I believe outfit is made from rayon or cotton. Some of the stitching is missing and there are some spots. Set shows wear upon close examination but is still very wearable and definitely adorable. This buy outfit reminds me of something Shirley Temple wore.
