PHOTOS - The Photo for this banner must be VERTICAL and not horizontal. A horizontal photo will not fit. The photo must have a high resolution since this will be printed about 22" x 27". Usually, anything about 1 MB will work just fine. You can send the photo to us through Etsy's message system.
SIDE BANNERS - They are 72" x 13" each and come with both banners as pictured. You can choose to just purchase the side banners, or as a set. Let us know what wording you would like on the side banners keeping in mind that it looks better if there are close to the same amount of letters on each banner
PROOFS: We will send you a proof through the Etsy Message system within 24 hours (usually sooner) and buy ship your banner out the same or next day depending on the time. Your banner will be shipped the next day even if the proof is not approved in order to make sure it arrives to you on time. Shipping is 2-3 days. Please let us know in the notes when you order if you need your banner by a certain date and we will try our best to get it to you on time.
