Design must be identical on all coolers within your order. If you need more than one design, separate orders must be place for each design wanted.

Choose quantity and material from first drop-down menu, and print color from second menu. The print options menu is for the color of your text/design/print, not the color of your coolers (cooler colors to be left in personalization field). Only one print color allowed per order. If you would like more than one print color, separate orders need to be placed for each print color wanted.

Add your personalization: Please leave us the following in the personalization text field, or leave us a "note to seller" during checkout (you can also send us an Etsy message upon purchase):

• First names, last name, or name initials. Whichever applies to your design.

• Date wanted.
If you do not want a date on them, please still let us know date needed by, so we can note the order and make sure we can get them to you on time.

• Additional text, hashtag, location, etc., if needed and/or wanted.

• Cooler colors wanted. Color chart available on additional images. You can have up to 4 colors of beverage insulators and amounts will be divided equally. Minimum of 12 coolers per color is required.
If cooler color is not left with your instructions, the digital sample will be made in white buy and we will message you about colors.

When sending your information, please be sure to check for spelling and grammar. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes on your part. Your items will be personalized with this information, exactly as you provide it to us.

You will receive an Etsy message from us with your artwork proof for approval within 1-3 business days, so please make sure to check your Etsy messages inbox during this period. During busy times, this time frame might increase to up to 5 business days. Please note that you need to reply from your Etsy inbox, and not straight from your email provider's inbox, as we will not receive your message that way.

After you approve your artwork, it will be sent to production. We cannot send your items to production until your design is approved. If we do not receive a reply from you with design approval within 5 business days of us emailing you digital sample, your order might be delayed and/or need to be canceled if too much time has gone by. If digital sample approval is significantly delayed, resulting in changes in ship date, this information will be updated on Etsy, and you will receive a notification with new ship date.

You can make any revisions to your sample during this time. If you need to make any changes to your design, please make sure to do so before your sample is approved. Once sample is approved, we cannot guarantee further changes as your coolers will already have been sent to production.

STANDARD PRODUCTION:

7-15 business days (2-3 weeks) depending on current production volume and how long it takes you to approve digital sample. Most orders ship much faster than our full 3-week max handling time, however, during busy times, this estimate is closer to this period.

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, cooler colors may appear slightly different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise.

Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations and small imperfections in print are not considered flaws. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective.
