Our Process:
All items are handmade in Philly DIY's workshop using reclaimed and sustainably sourced wood slabs. We create each live edge buy wood product from scratch. The process starts with selection of a wood slab. We select the wood slabs for their natural beauty, unique graining, and character. The next step is to lay out and plan the products. We enjoy this part of the process the most as we get to be creative and make unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that can be used in your home.
Each piece is made with care and pride. Products that may be used for serving food are treated with food safe oils and conditioners.
Every live edge wood product we make is unique and literally no two pieces are the same.
We hope you enjoy these as much as we enjoyed making them!
