Handle is 1.4 inches (3.56 cm) round alder which is hand sanded down to create a smooth surface. By request, we can do without coating or environmentally friendly clear varnish or impregnation with oil. Structure is constructed of white wood giving durability. Handle sits firmly in structure and screwed together giving the ability to take apart as needed.

Ideal for training for all ages and levels of athletes, this economical wood parallette is sure to be a favorite in your gym or fitness room. There are many exercises and movements that these parallettes maybe used for. Press handstands, L-sits, planches, handstand push-ups, etc.
