This is a traditional Dominican five-decade rosary. It will last a lifetime. All of my rosaries - should the construction break during normal prayer - may be returned at any time for free repairs.
Beads: Plump, gray natural Job's Tear seed beads. Approx. 8mm in size. With regular prayer these will develop a rich, brown patina.
Crucifix: 2" Indulgence Crucifix. Beautifully detailed on both the front and back. Also know as a Pardon Crucifix, one is given special indulgences by Pope Pius X for devoutly praying on, or kissing the crucifix. The reverse reads "Father Forgive Them" and "Behold This Heart Which Has So Loved Men." Made in buy Italy
Center: 1" Italian Miraculous Medal with the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts on the back.
Length: 28" (This measurement represents the length from the bottom of the crucifix to the middle of the third decade.)
Construction: Chain link with bow-tie spacer links on either side of the Paters and the connection points to the medals.
