Vintage French Guilloche Compact/ Pill Box. Both have brass bottoms with a cloisonne finish on top. The background is white with pink roses and blue bows. Pill box may actually be a buy portable ashtray, your call. Either way, it has not been used. The compact has thin powder puff (which has been used) and a silk screen.
