"Monreale" is a collection of jewels inspired by the precious mosaics of the Cathedral of Monreale. A Sicilian jewel to wear, a precious treasure that recalls Sicily and its beauty.

Techniques: Modeling, firing and acrylic paint for ceramics, slab
Total length: 4,5 cm
Ceramic size: 3 cm (height), 3 cm (width) and 0.33 mm (thickness)

These earrings are the result of a collaboration between Alessandra Pennino, ceramist, and Giulia Lentini, designer and goldsmith.
The ceramic stone, made by Alessandra, is worked in such a way as to make the pendant light, the decorations are painted by hand through the use of a varnish that makes the stone shiny and precious.
The upper part in metal, is made by Giulia in brass with pin in 925 silver and then all gilded in yellow or pink gold 18 kt.

It is a unique jewel because it is handmade, the result of careful attention to detail and the passion of two craftswomen.


The earrings become even more elegant, small luminous pieces taken from the mosaics, and the decorations meticulously take up those treasures that adorn every wall of the Cathedral of Monreale.
A collection that is loved for the preciousness of the materials and for the meticulousness of the hand-painted mosaics. Sicily is an island to love for its treasures and with the Monreale Collection you could bring a little treasure always with you.
