Antique French Hand Painted Gilded Rectangular Porcelain Casket Box.

Gold ornamentation mounts and clasp.

The top is decorated with a hand painted courting couple with the word "Naldi" in the circle and then surrounded by gilding.

There is additional gilding on three sides.

Inside on the top and bottom are hand painted bouquets of flowers.

The bottom of the box is stamped... France.

This box is in nice condition but not perfect.... some of the gilding has buy rubbed off. I have kept this piece as found and there are some imperfections in the finish... a few very tiny spots on the sides look like they may have been touched up at some point but they are small so I don't know that for sure.
