High density foam with a compression rate of 44 pounds (lbs), proving the right amount of cushioning and stiffness. Soft yet still holding its firmness with support while allowing for an individual to sit on it without compressing the foam too much. To define, compression = firmness compression which determines firmness, not density. Compression is the number of pounds necessary to compress a piece of foam 25% and still bounce back to the original thickness (an example: a 4" thick piece of foam that requires 33 lbs. to pack it down 1" and have it return to its full 4" thickness has a 33 lb. Compression rating or Indentation Load Deflection (ILD). If you do not want a cushion that's hard as a rock or a mattress that sinks when you sit on it, you have to check the compression or ILD number.

All foam sheets are sold per sheet - not per yard. Durability is approximately up to 10 years, dependent upon usage. Do not let the foam sit unopened for more than 1 week. Once you receive the foam, DO NOT OPEN WITH A BOX CUTTER, as you may damage the foam. Make a small incision in the box and break away from there. When unpacking, allow at least 2 days for the foam to breathe in order to recover its original size and form.

Upholstery Foam Return Policy: Return Policy for non customized items: Item may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. The item should have no damages or modifications made to it. All items MUST be in original packaging and unused. After receiving the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item's price within 5 business days. Return Shipping will be paid by the buyer unless the wrong or defective item has been received. In that case, we will pay for return shipment. There is a 20% restocking fee and up to 70% for a damaged item returned.

Return Policy for customized items: We are unable to accept any returns, exchanges or make any refunds for customized items unless a wrong or defective item has been received. In that case, we will pay for return shipping and a refund will be made within 5 business days after receiving the item.
