Beautiful oval aqua blue faceted rhinestones with an open back setting and sterling silver leaves make up this 1940's sterling silver brooch.
Made by W.E. Richards Co. who first started making jewelry in the 1900's. The Symmetalic Sterling mark was used in the 1940's.
Beautiful antiqued patina.
