This is a rare, sweet, and refreshing tea. The tea water looks like pure water after brewing. You can hardly see any color in it but has a light cream-like feel, while drinking, and a slight milky aftertaste.

This is not a tea made from tea leaves; it is a type of herb growing on ancient tea trees in JingMai, YunNan, China. PangXieJiao (螃蟹脚 in Chinese) is a famous local tea and means Crab Legs or Crab Feet because of it's shape.
It is said that the herb absorbs some of the spirit from the ancient tea trees when it's growing. Therefore, the herb is also known as the Ancient Tea Tree Spirit/Elf (GuShuJingLing, 古树精灵 in Chinese).

Heath benifits: helps with digestion, lowering blood pressure and cholesterol. This is a herbal tea but not a medicine.

2 Options of Weight:
1. 30 grams of tea leaves which is 1.05 oz.
2. 200 grams of tea leaves which is 7.05 oz.

Gongfu Style Brewing Instruction:
(a) Prepare 0.03 - 0.07 oz (1 - 2 grams) of crab legs to a Gaiwan or tea pot.
(b) Pour boiled water (about 203-212°F, or 95-100°C ) into the Gaiwan or tea pot.
(c) Steep for 5-8 seconds.
(d) Pour out the first brew of tea. Do not drink.
(e) Repeat steps (b) and (c). The subsequent brews are full of flavor and can be enjoyed. Add about 3-5 seconds for each successive brew after the first 4 brews are finished.
