This personalized wood vase measures approximately 8 to 8 1/2 inches (depending on how wood cuts) tall by 5 inches wide at the top and 3 1/4 to 4 inches on the bottom(depending on the thickness/rigidity of the wood). Finally a completely waterproof birch vase! Unlike zinc vases that leak due to seams, this vase is completely waterproof due to being all plastic on the inside. The birch wood is wrapped around a plastic vase and topped with a jute rope for a rustic touch. The vase is hand wrapped/glued by me so this is a one of a kind gift/centerpiece vase! It's okay if the birch wood gets wet when removing water from the vase as the glue used is also water resistant.

With all my vases quality is very important to me, I strive to make the engraving as similar to the pictures as possible and the lines smooth as well. Unlike some of the other engraved vases on the market I take my time with the engraving to make sure it looks great every time (I'm kinda a perfectionist lol). Some glue will be visible on the inside/seams of the vase as it is necessary to hold it together, I try my best to make sure that the minimum amount buy of glue is visible without compromising the integrity of the vase. If you are looking for a vase with no visible glue than maybe you should not consider purchasing a wood vase.

Since this is a natural product each vase is unique and differs slightly in color, texture and pattern. As this is real birch tree bark there may be holes on some vases due to where that bark was pulled off the tree such as by a limb. I will try my best to not place initials by knots in the wood on some vases this is unavoidable. Some birch bark pieces have dark spots/bark areas if the initials and or date is not clear I will remove a small piece of the bark to make the engraving stand out. As each piece of birch bark is unique some vases will be glued down better than others due to the variations in the thickness/rigidity of the bark. See last two pictures for example of this.

The vase is not very heavy 8-11 oz depending on the wood thickness, so if using outdoors on a windy day it might be better to use real flowers in it.

I do not accept cancellations for any reason.

I will be sending you a photo of your vase once it's completed. If I do not get a response by 3pm on the next business day I will proceed with shipping out your vase and you have agreed that no changes are needed.

In event of shipping damage please contact me through Etsy convos within 3 days of delivery. Please send a photo of shipping damage, and we will replace the damaged order at no cost.

If you or another person have accidentally damaged the item after receiving it, please contact me through Etsy convos to discuss a solution.

Incorrect names/spelling/dates:

Although rare, mistakes can happen on personalized items. If you happen to receive a vase with a different spelling or date than what is written in the original buyer's order note, please email us immediately with a photo showing proof of the error. We will replace the item free of charge and send it as soon as possible.

If the buyer has made a mistake regarding personalization on the order note and did not realize the error until item has been made/receiving the item, please message me so we can discuss a solution.

-SHIPPING POLICIES-

I am currently shipping out orders anywhere from 3-5 business days. Processing times do vary from item to item please check approximate delivery dates for each item. If there is a further delay in processing your order I will keep you informed via Etsy convos. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee delivery dates, and I am not responsible for packages arriving after holidays, personal parties, occasions due to delays from USPS ( this is rare but can happen). In this situation I cannot issue any refunds due to delays in the shipping process.
It is the customer's responsibility provide an accurate deliverable address upon purchase. If you contact me via Etsy convos after your purchase with a different address, I will try to accommodate the request, but I cannot guarantee I will see the message in time. I will try my best to check my messages several times a day but if I've already shipped the item out I cannot do anything at that point.
