(Shipping)
We ship out on Monday and Tuesday except Holiday. Same week shipping cut-off for new order is Monday at 2pm Pacific time. All orders received after Monday 2pm will be shipped following Monday. There is exception: We ship almost every day on Christmas, Mother's day, and Valentine days season.

If you place emergency order after our cut off time, Please message us. We might able to ship same day or next day with or without rush fee.
If you're at East coast, orders are usually delivered on Thursday or Friday, and If you're at West coast, orders usually delivered on Wednesday or Thursday.
 
(POLICY FOR CLAIM)
In the most cases, plants and pottery will be delivered in good condition.
However, mishandled by carrier, extensive heat/cold, or delay can damage plants or pottery.
If you believe that your succulents may be dead or items damaged, please take clear photo of the dead plants or damaged items and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. After we validate, we will send a replacement or refund. Failure to comply with one or more of these polices will mean we can no longer cover you.
We take full responsibility for any issues for 24 hours after plants or po9tte are delivered.
The customer is responsible for any issue that happens after that.

(CARE INFORMATION)
Tillandsias (air plants) have 3 main factors to maintain the plant properly.
Light should be filtered
Water thoroughly, you can soak air plant for 10 minutes in water
Optimum temperature is 50-90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Fertilize with Bromeliad fertilizer twice a month a 1/4 strength for blooming and reproduction.

For special event bulk order, we suggest placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance.
Etsy allow us to change ship by date up to 21 days, so please don't place order more than 3 weeks in advance.

Please leave a note in the personalization box, with “ARRIVE BY …”.
We can hold your order and plan the best time to ship out for a timely arrival by requested date. 
Please understand that we are not responsible for late arrival due to delays by mail carriers, so it is best to have your order arrive few days before your event to avoid any issues.

Please ADD ON 72-Hour Heat Pack + Express to your order if temperatures in your area will fall below 40°F degrees.
This add on will include ONE Heat Pack and upgraded 2-3 DAY SHIPPING to ensure that the heat pack buy will keep warm until delivery. 
*We are not responsible if your plants arrive frozen without a heat pack, knowing the below freezing weather in your area.*
