Yawman and Erbe had an article written explaining how to use this board, keeping documents organized, and instruction on filing them away when ready on a book shelf.

This board is pieced together, paneled wood, and the iron Shannon Arch piece with the Yawman Erbe Mfg Co and at one time had the hole punch but someone has taken it off, you can see the holes.

A wonderfully imperfect perfect antique office item to collect or display. Well worn.
I love how this looks, it's a great forerunner of the clipboard and the Shannon Arch still buy works.

Great patina from busy use in someone's business.
Now a collectible with history of the Yawman and Erbe immigrants from Germany.
