Vintage Fondue Set, Original Box, Stainless Steel Saucepan, 8 Forks, Fondue Party, buy Retro Entertaining, Circa 1970s

A vintage fondue set, complete with original box.
The saucepan is made of stainless steel with a wooden turned handle and knob on the lid.
There are eight beautifully buy made steel forks with turned wooden handles and different coloured plastic tops.
The round base of the stand is made of wood with holes drilled in to hold the fork ends.
The pot stand which is made from black wrought iron comes in two parts which need to be assembled. This comes with instructions and is very easy to do.
The burner which is in two parts is made from stainless steel. The bottom holder has a flame regulator with a handle and under the fuel holder there is a wire mesh cover covering a pad of fibreglass. This is where the fuel goes.
Made in Japan as shown on the forks and the flame regulator.
A deluxe style fondue set for retro 70s entertaining.

The saucepan is showing signs of use. There are light stains on the inside and also on the outside. Very good condition.
The wire mesh cover inside the burner is showing some light rust.
The cardboard box is a little shabby, commensurate with age but not that bad.
Apart from this everything else is in excellent condition.
