This fabulous vintage bag is totally one of a kind, a Tootsie Original! It's perfect for your next day out. There's plenty of room for your make-up, keys, phone and more. You will be envy of all of your friends with this unique statement piece.

I started with a beautiful brass coloured vintage style kiss clasp frame with bamboo handle. I've upcycled one of my favourite vintage May Gibbs curtains and vintage denim buy for the front panel. Snugglepot and Cuddlepie are two of my favourite children's book characters. The rear panel is a complimentary vintage paisley cotton.

The lining is an upcycled vintage floral cotton sheet. I've included a pieced internal pocket (with a Gumnut Baby peeking out!) to keep small items separate. Outer fabrics are backed with medium weight fusible wadding to provide some structure.

The bag is firmly sewn into the frame with vintage blue embroidery cotton and measures approximately 26 x 26 x 4.5 cm. Metal bag frame is approximately 20 cm long. Bamboo handle height is approximately 12 cm.
