RARE Vintage Red Barn and Farm Animal buy Domed Lunch Box Thermos Brand Mid-Century, Farmhouse Chic, Rustic Farmhouse

Absolutely Adorable! I've had this lunchbox for decades and even took it to work with me as an adult! It now has one latch sprung, so with one latch still working, I have retired it, although the latch could be repaired or replaced. It is very useable for storage, or rustic farmhouse decoration. It's just fun to have in the kitchen! The sweet animals bring a lot of cheer to the room. Pictured in farm setting is a pig, chickens, a horse, tweety birds, a cow, ducklings, a goat, kitten, and a buy happy dog. The gable ends show a hay loft with hay overflowing. The domed lid is the shingled roof. All the colors are still crisp and the images are clear. The chrome has rust, which could be treated - but it adds to the vintage vibe. The red plastic handle is in good shape and secure. The inside shows some paint loss, but very little rust or dents! It is still ready for use in your country chic kitchen! It is made by the Thermos brand company and it measures 8 5/8" by 7 1/4" (counting the handle), and is 4 1/4 " in depth. A wonderful Mid-Century collectable ready to join your decor!
