Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and with the original packaging where possible. Postage will not be refunded. Refunds will only be given on receipt of the item in it's original condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Cleaning
The polymer clay jewelry can be cleaned very carefully by using a dry soft brush over the surface.
Please do not spray your jewelry with perfumes, that can damage and ruin them.
Remember that none of my handmade pendants nor other handmade jewellery I make are entirely waterproof, a drop of rain should be fine, but please remove them when you bathe, shower or swim.Please remember these are small parts & are hazardous to small children.
