We process your order within 2 to 3 days. The shoes are handmade and work diligently to always have them on stock. If on stock, we ship within the 2-3 days. If out of stock, we deliver shoes within the next 6-7 day after processed. If the shoes you ordered are in stock, we deliver as soon as possible.

We deliver to all U.S. territories using the flat rate USPS padded envelope 2-3 day service delivery. The shoes are delivered in buy a wrapped plastic bag and inside the padded envelope, so it lowers the cost of shipping. One pair of women shoes fit in the envelope which can cost $10 per envelope. Men and Women boots fit in an USPS medium flat rate box which it can cost $16 or more depending on destination. All the shoes are made in Mexico and imported into USA. The shoe's shipments are subjected to US Customs Inspections and sometimes this may delay the delivery due Customs regulations. We need to let our customers that this action is out of our control. Once the shoes are imported, All shipments are made from San Diego, CA.
