Gorgeous, neat summer dress in beige and white tropical print. It has a shirt like top part with a rounded collar and thin shoulder pads, hidden buttons and an elasticated waist and a full, swishy skirt. Perfect for the city or the beach. Does not come with a belt, but sure looks good with one!
