Amazing vintage hat, a total confection of pastel yellow ruffled tulle, velvet bow, and pearl accented butterflies! Has a Union Label and the original store tag from Rockdale Stores. These bubble hats are worn toward the back and pinned. Circa 1960's, Union Made, and measures 6" tall, 20 1/2" inner circumference. Shades of yellow, white, silver, tulle, fabric, velvet ribbon, nylon butterflies, faux pearls, wire. Hat is in great condition. Please see all photos.
