1999 buy Byers Choice Caroler, Williamsburg Colonial Man with Cane, Retired

1999 Byers Choice Caroler, Williamsburg Colonial Man with Cane. He is leaning to the side with his cane in one hand. Gray hair man with his colonial outfit on. Other than some minor wear on the base, he is in nice shape. Fully marked and dated on the base. I believe he is retired.

He measures about 13" tall by about 5" wide.
