Handmade Modern Baby Minky Baby Blanket buy Light Blue "Loved" Baby Blanket

This baby blanket buy is a true baby blue. It is constructed of 2 panels of cotton, double gauze that has a white background with the word Loved followed by a blue heart flowing in stripes across the background. There are 3 different textured minky fabrics. The center panel is baby blue with white polka dots. The white panels are rosebud textured minky. The end panels are baby blue chenille textured minky. The backing is the same baby blue chenille minky and the binding is made from the white rosebud minky.

Measures approximately 33” long by 29” wide

All of my quilts are made using the only highest quality minky. Not all minky is created equally! The type I use is very plush, with excellent color, shine and softness that babies love! Also, all of my quilts have a 100% minky backing, which means your baby will be surrounded by soft minky no matter how they hold or use the blanket.

All of my quilts are handmade in my smoke-free, in-home sewing studio.

My blankets are higher quality than the majority of handmade baby blankets on the market. Most blankets are made with just one piece of fabric for the front and one for the back, with the back cut a little larger and folded over to the front for the binding. This is called a “self-binding” technique. This method can lead to the edges of a blanket wearing out first. My quilts are all made with 3-5 pieces of fabric on the front and then a separate piece of fabric for the binding, which results in a stronger, more durable quilt. Perfect for the toughest baby or toddler grip out there!

Each quilt is pre-washed prior to shipping so you can rest assured it is clean and ready for use, without any surprises once you wash it.

Care instructions: Machine Wash Cold/Tumble Dry Low. Do not bleach or iron.
