Walt Disney World Cast Member Partners in Excellence Award. We received this award in May 2006 as a Cast Member. These were discontinued in 2011 when they began The Legacy Award. The Partners Award was only awarded to less than 2% of cast members. Eligibility was accomplished by being nominated by other cast members. The nominated cast member was awarded the statue for going way above and beyond their duties. Not all nominees were awarded this award. This one is solid cast bronze on a marble base on a wooden base. Later issues were made of resin, which makes this one extremely rare, not many bronze ones out there. This measures 11 inches tall by 9 inches in width and 5 inches buy in depth. It has a black felt bottom. This award contains no name plate as we have removed it for our keepsake.
