This is a gorgeous set of 6 salad plates by Franciscan in its Renaissance Platinum pattern. The Renaissance Platinum pattern was produced from 1962-77. It consists of ivory china with white flowers and leaves on a gray border adorned with platinum trim and verge. The salad plates measure 8 3/8" in diameter. They are in excellent, if not mint condition. The ivory glazes are shiny and bright. The gray bands and white flowers are clear and crisp. The platinum trims and verges are intact with no scratches or wear. There are no chips, cracks, crazing or utensil marks. The plates look virtually unused!! They are stunning!
